At HappyFarmer, we stand by the quality of our farm-fresh goods and supplies, offering a 30-day window for returns on all unused and unopened items. If you are not completely satisfied with your harvest, we are here to make the exchange or refund process as smooth as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your HappyFarmer account and select the 'Order History' tab to choose the items you wish to return and print your prepaid shipping label.

  Pack with Care

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; we will track the shipment as it heads back to our farm.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a credit to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
